A loamy soil that has been screened. This results in a soil that is easy to spread and level to prepare to lay turf.

Has a high Nitrogen content which is good for encouraging root growth while the turf is getting established.

Depending on the growing season the nutrients should provide feed for approximately 2 months before needing to add soil improvers and fertilisers.

Not suitable for top-dressing lawns
