To help make decisions when placing your order, we have gathered some pertinent information regarding size.

After all, we all know that size does matter! But most importantly, we need to get the size, as much as we can, like Baby Bears Porridge... Just Right!

Many things need to be taken into consideration when we do a delivery.

• The type and weight of goods,
• do they need to be kept separate,
• can they be mixed?

At the delivery property, for access through gates, on roads, drives (the steepness of them) and other conditions and factors that need to get considered.

To be truthful, no one will know your property as well as you do.

No one knows the capabilities of our vehicles as we do.

This guide is exactly that; an idea of what should work on paper. For a lot of jobs, there may be something slightly different that needs consideration.

If you feel this may be the case for your order, we strongly suggest; rather than placing it online, even though it is convenient and you are here now, you give us a call and talk to one of our team.

We believe that our team is one of our best assets, and while it may seem a nuisance, we would much rather spend the time and get your delivery right, than send a truck out because it will hold the goods, but it won't fit on your drive or through the gate or the power lines are too low or something else.

If you wish to call, most days, you can get through to us from 6.30, 7 am.

We will go through any questions, details etc.

We will enter the details, organise delivery, finalise payment and email a copy of the invoice.
